Perm Stat Result Selector

Purpose

Selects easy to interpret significant and weight-sorted lists from the output of the PermutationStatTaber into plain text format

The configfile is configpermstatresultselector.pl

NOTE: Does not yet support anything else than 2 groups and the following normalizations:
PermutationDRRInPermutationNormalized
PermutationDRRInPermutationNormalizedBetween- PermutationsNormalized
and the following measures:

PermutationMTRawNrm
PermutationMTExtr

Synopsis

./permstatresultselector.pl
[-c <corpus>] [-f <fromsubdir>] | [-fd <fromdir>] [-pn <permutation-test-name>] [-p <the cut-off p-value>] [-x <the top-x>] [-tc <tocorpus>] [-t <tosubdir>] | [-td <targetdir>] [-ds <divsubdir>] [-d <divison>] | [-dd <divisondir>] [-df <divprtfile> [...]] [-dr] [-? = -h = -help = --help] [-v [<verboselvl>]]

-c
the corpus under which the results fall
-f
subdir below corpus where the tab-delimited stattables can be found (defaults to stattables if none is specified and if it's not changed in the configfile)
-fd
full path to the tab-delimited (tabulated) results
-pn
the permutation-test whose output should be used
-p
the p-value to use as the cut-off-value
-x
the top-x of n-grams that you want to be selected
-tc
target-corpus. If none is set the source corpus is used
-t
the subdir relative to the corpusdir in which the selected results should be stored. Note that this option is only possible if the corpus is given with the -c or -tc option (not the full path with the -td option)
-td
full path to the place where the selected results are to be stored in their result-sub-dirs
-ds
subdir in which the divisions are
-d
the name of a division to use. The file-names in all the divprt-files in the division-dir are used as the groups unless you specify one or more explicitly using the -df option
-dd
full path to the division-dir. This option causes the -d option to be ignored
-df
one or more divprt files to use instead of all files in the division
-dr
dry-run. Nothing is written or deleted, only reading and reporting is done
-v
the level of verbosity, default verboselevel = 2, available levels: 0,1,2,3
-?
(and equivalents) prints help: the purpose and the synopsys

NOTE:
If no from and to-dirs are given the defaults in the config file are used
